Objectives

  1. To ensure all rewards are best in market vs the Telco competitors.
  2. To give the customer choice and coverage across the UK for all ages & demographics.
  3. To encourage customers to re-engage with the VeryMe app time and time again.

Strategy

By creating a days out white label solution we were able to provide Vodafone customers with multiple days out offerings across a range of territories. These encompassed a range of attractions including theme parks, zoos, safari parks, aquariums, bowling and many more. Customers were able to utilise the offering throughout key periods, including half terms, school holidays etc. The offers are nationwide with independent attractions included. Customers were able to redeem their code via the Vodafone app. The portal is in the look and feel of Vodafone, so you still feel as though you are part of their eco-system.


Results

Over the past two years of collaboration with Vodafone, we have achieved remarkable outcomes. During this period, we facilitated a substantial volume of claims, totalling 159,213, and witnessed an impressive number of redemptions, amounting to 230,161. The campaign entailed a total expenditure of £495,844.25, resulting in significant savings of £62,516.83 for our clients. It's noteworthy that our campaign operates within a specific timeframe, running from February to October each year, rather than being continuously active for 12 months. We are pleased to announce our renewed partnership with Vodafone in 2024 and anticipate achieving similarly robust results once again.
