Senior Retention and Loyalty Manager
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and driven professional to join our team on a maternity cover basis, taking on a pivotal role during an exciting period of transformation at DRG. This role is central to shaping and delivering initiatives that enhance customer retention and inspire loyalty, ensuring they align with our business goals and engage our valued members. With a focus on operational excellence, you’ll bring a passion for customer loyalty, a collaborative spirit for working with cross-functional teams, and a balanced skill set that combines data interpretation with creative execution. *Strategy Execution: Deliver on the retention strategy and roadmap defined by the Head of Retention, ensuring initiatives are planned, project-managed and effectively implemented to achieve desired outcomes *Performance Analysis: Monitor retention metrics and campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to refine & improve results *Team Collaboration: Daily collaboration across Marketing, Product, Operations & Technical teams to articulate benefits and requirements to execute initiatives *Lifecycle Campaign Planning: Design, oversee and analyse targeted proactive and reactive lifecycle campaigns and initiatives that meet the needs of diverse customer segments, informed by data and insights *Stakeholder Reporting: Keep senior leadership informed with clear and concise updates on progress, opportunities, successes, and challenges *Note this is a 9-12 month fixed-term (Maternity Cover) role*

We operate in the B2C space offering a subscription service, accessible by app, that saves families money on family activities and attractions. We also operate in the B2B space with an offering to the employee benefits market and also operate customer retention and engagement promotions with some of the UK’s biggest blue -chip companies. The business is growing rapidly, and has modern, well-positioned offices in Altrincham. ### Location This position requires regular in-person collaboration, and the successful candidate must be able to commute to our office in Altrincham three days per week. Two days per week will be from home. ### Overview We are seeking a talented and analytical PPC/Paid Social Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, with a strong understanding of PPC and paid social advertising platforms. As a PPC/Paid Social Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing paid advertising campaigns across various channels to drive performance and achieve our objectives. ### Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and manage PPC and paid social advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. * Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative optimization to maximize campaign performance and ROI. * Perform audience targeting and segmentation to reach the most relevant audiences for each campaign. * Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. * Generate regular reports to communicate campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and development to ensure alignment and effectiveness of campaigns. * Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in PPC and paid social advertising. * Utilize Google Analytics and GA4 to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
