Objectives
- Provide rewards that are less don’t require huge yeoken spend – 50% of Yeo Valleys members have less than 100 yeokens.
- Yeo Valley are looking for a new offering to recruit the next generation of Yeo shoppers into the scheme (young professionals etc).
Strategy
Taste The Adventure was launched as Yeo Valley were looking for a new added value incentive, they could provide to their customer base as well as looking to drive down the average age of their customers.
With the summer months fast approaching, DRG thought launching a days out campaign prior to the peak summer holidays was the perfect solution – and that’s exactly what we did.
Taste The Adventure comprises of discounts at hundreds of top UK attractions across theme parks, zoos and safari parks, adrenaline fuelled activities, sightseeing and many more. The campaign is delivered by DRG’s white label solution development, therefore in the look and feel of Yeo Valleys tone of voice and branding.
The campaign launched in July 2024 and will come to an end in December 2024. Customers are required to spend 30 yeokens from their yeoken balance to unlock 30 days access – this is the equivalent of only 3 yoghurts!
