Role

You’ll be leading a team and working alongside wider account teams helping to develop and maintain relationships with major national and international brand and business stakeholders, delivering best-in-class digital reward-focused campaigns that create a change in consumer behaviour and deliver against key business performance metrics.

You will work across a number of clients assisting on a variety of different campaign touchpoints including, but not limited to, marketing briefs, reporting, technical development and client service.

The successful candidate will:
• Create new and build on existing client relationships.
• Manage your workload and time effectively and efficiently.
• Utilise project management tools to keep track of campaign
deliverables.
• Work in tandem with your Account Director to ensure campaign deadlines are hit and be accountable for client deliverables.
• Work closely with all internal teams spanning planning and insight, creative and digital development. • Have a strong focus on attention to detail across all elements of the role, being able to work across multiple projects at any one time.
• Be analytical in evaluating campaign performance and build client review presentations.
• Support your Account Director in the day-to-day management of live campaigns.
• Have an eye for an opportunity and be proficient in articulating ideas to present to client teams, assisting in the pitch process when required. •Be accountable for your own objectives, whilst also working with the wider team to nurture and deliver against predetermined commercial targets and objectives.

  • Hold a degree level qualification.
  • Be eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced rewards marketing agency.
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at any level.
  • Commercially astute, staying ahead of market trends, product knowledge and perceived competitors.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about high performance and personal success.

Paid Media Specialist

The Digital Rewards Group Limited have a growing suite of Apps and websites predominately offering discounts to the UK’s leading Cinema chains, Theme Parks, Restaurants & Family leisure activities. We operate in the B2C space offering a subscription service, accessible by app, that saves families money on family activities and attractions. We also operate in the B2B space with an offering to the employee benefits market and also operate customer retention and engagement promotions with some of the UK’s biggest blue -chip companies. The business is growing rapidly, and has modern, well-positioned offices in Altrincham. ### Location This position requires regular in-person collaboration, and the successful candidate must be able to commute to our office in Altrincham three days per week. Two days per week will be from home. ### Overview We are seeking a talented and analytical PPC/Paid Social Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, with a strong understanding of PPC and paid social advertising platforms.
